一日吃三枣 百岁不显老
四季不离姜 百病一扫光
男子不可百日无姜
女子不可百日无糖(红糖) 白糖没有营养价值
枣, 可以维持高血糖
大红枣——百果之王, 含环磷酸腺甘(抗癌)
绿豆, 真济世之良谷也 (李时珍)
生板栗, 通肾顺气厚胃。早晚各一(嚼成汁 咽下), 治腰酸腿疼。难消化 不宜多食。
花生，生用润肺（可微炒一下，尽量生用）。去尿蛋白，带红皮的花生仁煮烂，每晨吃一两，连吃40天。
玉米
枸杞，丰含玉米黄素，强身健体。
西红柿，番茄红素（新疆西红柿含量最高——日照原因），降低前列腺癌
红色食物，抖擞精神
菠菜，含叶酸，通便，解酒，解毒。
蜂蜜
核桃
生姜、当归（2片）、羊肉汤（冬用）
绿豆汤（夏用）
秋——宜吃白色食物

无意间看到这部电视<恰同学少年>, 讲的是毛泽东, 蔡和森等上师范时的故事, 非常好。有兴趣的朋友可以看看，特别是还在上学的朋友。
现在好电视不多，前两年出了个〈亮剑〉，到现在 有时候还翻出来看看，经典啊。

太高兴了~ 今天! 有些东西很奇怪 也很有意思~
